Not all nutrition advice you see online is for you.
It’s really hard not to find meaning or connect something to ourselves - but not all nutrition advice you see on social media is directed or specific for YOU.
Beyond the fact you should NEVER be given or take specific nutrition and health advice online....
If you have a specific condition, and you’ve been given a nutrition strategy or health plan by a Doctor, Dietitian, Endocrinologist, Physio or any other qualified health professional - then the generalised statements and advice you see online may NOT be for you!!
Please remember this and don’t change or doubt a specific strategy your specialist gave you based on something you’ve seen someone post, or because an “influencer” answered a Q&A in a certain way (this is just getting more and more out of hand btw and I just can’t deal )
So at the end of the day - remember that not all nutrition advice you see online is for you.
