Starting the #newyear with one of my first ever videos from #2019 (caption below), because boy - I’ve really loved making them and I can’t wait to up it a notch in 2020.
This January, #dietculture will be in full steam ahead - you will likely see ads for new products, programs, plans, miracle cures, “scientific discoveries” and “scientifically proven” approaches that are “different to anything you’ve tried before” - but stay strong and trust your gut if something doesn’t sound right.
YOU DESERVE MORE than the BS in the above and the number on the scale does not determine your worth (or your health).
You. Deserve. More. Than the 1 size fits all meal plan the Instagram influencer is selling or the supplement that promises to fix all our problems.

Let’s not overcomplicate it and let’s stop talking about what veggie is superior to another. What do you think???
They are both a potato - when did nutrition become so complex that we were talking about why the one that is orange is healthier for us?
But at the end of the day - they are both potato and they are both a vegetable.
Just eat the one you prefer the taste of? Or mix it up and eat both! Enough said.
