Avocado & Banana Chocolate Mousse

Chocolate mousse was one of the first recipes I made when I started to experiment with lactose-free homemade desserts.  I think there is a place for all food but I really do love that an avocado and banana mixed with some honey and cocoa powder can make something so delicious. 

I also love that a 1 serving contains a serve of vegetables, ½ serve of fruit and fibre.

Call me crazy.. but I think that’s pretty awesome!

Ingredients
 1.50 Medium Bananas
 1 Medium Avocado
 3 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
 2 tbsp Honey or maple syrup (or liquid sweetener of choice)
 Salt

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until they reach a smooth consistency.

Store in the fridge.
