Takeaway Salad Bowl with 2 Ingredient Dressing Recipe

A takeaway salad bowl is a quick and easy healthy lunch solution for when you're on-the-go.  This bowl is vegan, vegetarian and adds up to five serves of vegetables.  So quick  So easy. So yum. Enjoy!

Salad
 Baby Spinach
 ½ cup Lentils, drained and rinsed
 ½ Carrot
 ¼ Avocado
 ½ cup Corn (Fresh or Canned)
 1 cup Brown Rice
Dressing
 Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 12 tbsp Hummus

Directions

Chop all ingredients to your desired size. Combine in a container and shake to coat ingredients with the hummus and olive oil.

Take with you to enjoy on the go or alternatively, pour into another bowl and enjoy!
