Banana and natural peanut butter… a combination that's a dream come true!
Ok that may be a bit extreme.. but this recipe really is so yummy.
It’s my go to summer dessert (and winter too), and can easily be made ahead of time.
I love that this dessert not only tastes good, but it also counts as 1 serve of fruit, and contains fibre, protein (from the peanut butter) and vitamins and minerals such as Vit B3 and potassium.

Allow frozen banana to soften slightly then add ingredients to a blender and blend until a smooth consistency.
