Banana & Peanut Butter "Ice-Cream"

Banana and natural peanut butter… a combination that's a dream come true!

Ok that may be a bit extreme.. but this recipe really is so yummy.

It’s my go to summer dessert (and winter too), and can easily be made ahead of time. 

I love that this dessert not only tastes good, but it also counts as 1 serve of fruit, and contains fibre, protein (from the peanut butter) and vitamins and minerals such as Vit B3 and potassium.

Ingredients
 1 overripe frozen banana
 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter (or any nut butter)
 Optional: Dash of milk of choice (approximately 1 tablespoon)
 Optional: Dash of honey

Instructions

Allow frozen banana to soften slightly then add ingredients to a blender and blend until a smooth consistency.
