Coconut & Date Logs

The name basically says it all, 2 ingredients, 1 blender, 5 minutes and you’re done!

I love the simplicity of this recipe and how two “real” foods can make something so tasty.

They’re extremely practical and contain no nuts, making them a great sweet treat (and energy boost) for school lunch boxes. 

They're also great for most intolerances and allergies including nut, dairy, lactose, gluten, wheat and egg.

Total time: 5 mins

 1/2 cup (approximately 4 - 5) fresh dates, pitted
 1 cup coconut, desiccated (or shredded) Instructions

Instructions

Place ingredients in a blender and blend until the two ingredients have combined.

Roll into approximately 6 “logs” and enjoy straight away or store in the fridge.
