Pecan & Date Balls

Pecan & date…. seriously, what a delicious combo.

Although optional, I also recommend adding a little bit of salt, as that salted caramel flavour adds a whole other dimension. 

Although you can make this with raw pecans, I also recommend roasting them (or if you can find already roasted pecans to purchase) as this really enhances flavour.

Ingredients
 ¾ cup Pecans, raw or dry roasted
 ½ cup Dried dates
 ½ cup Almond Meal
 ¼ tsp Salt (optional)

Instructions

Add ½ cup pecans, dates, almond meal and salt to a blender and blend until mixture starts to clump.

Add ¼ cup pecans and pulse 3 – 4 times.

Remove from blender and roll into approximately 8 balls.

Store in the fridge
